**** more snow ****

yes it is march 31st & this is the view from my window... all day ... the snow was big huge fluffy flakes to small whizzing sideways flakes .. but all & all it came down throughout day..
wet
heavy
snowball making snow..........

i'm tired of snow.......

herbie kept letting himself out..crazy dog .. he would go out & play then i put him & ruby in the porch to dry a little before they romped through the house with their big wet paws... 15 minutes would pass i would go get them & what do you know...
herbie was outside again...

currently he is soaking wet at my feet...
sleeping & snoring away ...
oh well
what can ya do

well just finished a funny painting for the BMD club of the Rockies.. the theme is
* pirates of the caribberner * how cute huh??


it will be held at Island Grove Park in Greeley
Colorado in Sept .. they will be selling t's at the BMD nationals in April the money raised will help in there rescue efforts ... how fabulous !!
gotta love that!
so look for the rockies club & help support their rescue program :)

*** a snowy easter ***

yes ... lots & lots of snow!! can you believe it?? i haven't thought of easter with snow for years... & until friday i thought "what a muddy easter it is going to be!! "
HA... at least the snow beautified everything... i just really am not looking forward to another muddy thaw with these 4 huge paws!!

* my bernese mountain dog herbie *

he is hysterical...
always has a goofy expression on his face... he will sit at the corner of my fenced yard & stare at my neighbor.. just sits & stares .. & DROOLS... he will zone out & have drool that literally almost touches the ground as he sits & stares ...
he also loves to sit in the middle of the staircase... facing down .. butt on one step... feet a couple steps lower...
i love him to pieces .. my doofy ... innocent .. herbie the love bug ...

* out of town for the night *

so i went out of town for the night... about 2 &1/2 hours north to duluth...
it was a nice break from the everyday stuff... change of scenery... i would have loved a warmer change of scenery but it was actually sunny up there on the shores of lake superior...





and this girl needed some sunshine!!! went with my inlaws & colman...
we shopped..

went to train museum ..

aquarium & saw pot bellied seahorses :)

... imax theater ..no photos of imax but saw a movie called Australia & was afraid i was going to fall asleep ..lean over a little far & somersault over & down the steep theater chairs...
ugh... it was nerve wracking


... there was ice on superior... big huge thick ice hunks... coool huh??

husband couldn't go last minute swap out .. ... he stayed home to finish working on our other house& watch the dogs...
i went along last minute...
it was fun ... we even had a room with a view ...like that screen shot?? :)
